Thousands sign up to take part

The 2009 competition is gearing up to be the biggest yet as more than 20,000 children and over 100 schools sign up after only three months.

Since the competition launch at the end of September, excitement is growing all over the UK with primary and secondary schools eager to get involved and take part.

One of the first schools to sign up was St Josephs Primary School in Putney, London. Teacher Teri Costello explains why:

“We’re delighted to support the Young Pavement Artists Competition, especially as environmental awareness plays a big part of our school life.  We’re pleased to be involved in raising funds for the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign.”

So if you or your school want to be part of the excitement, all you have to do is fill out an online entry form. It couldn’t be easier. Or for more information visit our how it works guide.
