The competition entry

The Young Pavement Artists Competition is open to all young people aged 4 to 19 year-olds. Their challenge is to capture in chalk their interpretation of the chosen theme, which this year is the Arctic and Antarctic.

As well as encouraging young people to develop their drawing skills, the competition raises awareness of disability, muscular dystrophy and also promotes the exploration of important environmental issues.

Take part in our competition and become the Young Pavement Artist of 2009!

Why enter The Young Pavement Artists Competition?

By entering the Young Pavement Artists Competition, you are helping raise vital funds for the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign; the national charity leading the fight against muscle disease.

Each participant pays £1.00 to enter the competition. The funds raised from this entry fee go towards helping and supporting children who have muscular dystrophy, providing much needed care and support.
